This is SUCH a helpful checklist. I print it out for every call I do and check things off as I go.
I have a question about putting everyone on hold. If you're on the line with a co-host and everyone is on hold, can the people on the webcast hear the conversation? Or does Hold All Guests only apply to those on the phone?

Hi Denise! When you hold all guests, the webcast is also put on hold, so everyone on the webcast will hear on-hold music, and hosts can speak privately with one another. Note that this is true for our built-in conference call service but not necessarily for 3rd-party services that are connected to our webcast.
Thank you! I'm not sure if I had "hold all guests" on during a recent call and people on the webcast said they could hear our conversation and I wanted to make sure they would not hear us until I want them to.
