Account: How Do I upgrade or downgrade my service?

If you are currently logged into your Instant Teleseminar account you can click the Account > Change Plan tab on the left. From there it will show you your current plan as well as upgrade or downgrade options. Note that processing your request can take up to 24 hours.

You can also just send a message to us through the support system by clicking the "help" button in your members area, and chat with a member of our team will have your service plan changed right away. You can submit a support ticket here, or you can give us a call directly at 503-290-5600.
