How to brand the built-in event templates with a custom headline

Follow

If you don't want to publish events to your own website (Click here to learn about our iFrames!) you can do a limited amount of branding with the headline on the built-in templates.

You'll need to create your own header graphic, and then host it on another website, such as your own website or blog. The dimensions for the header graphic are different for each template and to fit properly you will want to use the appropriate dimensions for the template you are using.

  • Classic Template: 796px wide by 95px tall
  • Modern Template: 848px wide by 50px tall
  • Flyer Template: 725px wide by 120px tall
  • Clean Template: 834px wide by 104px tall

If you don't have your own website, you can create your own graphic and then store it with a free file sharing service. You can use Pixlr.com (a free online graphics editor) or another editor to create your graphic. For storing the image online we recommend Imgur but if you would like you can use a different service, such as Dropbox or Photobucket. After uploading the image, just copy and paste the direct link to the image (the image URL) into the Headline field for the Pre-Event, During Event, and Replay Page settings. You can see a visual of how to change the headline for an event here. How to Event Page Edit Headline and Text
