There are two types of attendee:
1) Phone line attendees (telephone and web call)
2) Webcast attendees
Phone line attendance is displayed in the Events > Call Logs tab which are updated approximately every 60 minutes.
For webcast attendance, you can navigate to the Webcast tab on the Control Panel after your event is over. (Events > Event List > Event Title > Control Panel > Webcast) On that tab you will see a button to request webcast attendance. This will send a request to our help desk and we'll respond back with the peak webcast count.
During a live event, you can see how many people are currently listening.
For phone line connections (telephone and web call), you find this info in the "Conference" tab. For the webcast, this info is displayed on the "Webcast" tab.
